Important Information

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery time (after dispatch):

    • UK Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

  • Custom-made jackets: Please allow 7–10 additional business days for production before shipment.

  • Public holidays: Orders placed during weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping all over the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland.


Order Processing & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive:

  1. An Order Confirmation Email immediately after checkout.

  2. A Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

You can track your order via the link provided in the email or by contacting our support team at support@thejacketmaker.shop.

We use trusted courier partners such as Royal Mail, DHL, and UPS for domestic and international deliveries to ensure safe and timely delivery of your jacket.


Delivery Address

Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.


Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders on time, external factors (such as customs inspections, weather conditions, or courier delays) may occasionally affect delivery times.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@thejacketmaker.shop and include your order number. We will promptly investigate and update you on the shipment status.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your package:

  • Please check with neighbors, building management, or local postal offices first.

  • If still unresolved, contact us at support@thejacketmaker.shop within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

We will coordinate with the courier to initiate a lost parcel investigation.
Please note that The Jacket Maker is not liable for packages once they are confirmed delivered by the carrier.


Customs & International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in your purchase price and must be paid by the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information before placing an international order.

Any delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately at support@thejacketmaker.shop.

If you accept the package and find damage after opening it, please provide photos of the packaging and item within 24 hours of receipt.
We will assist you in arranging a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
