Important Information

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Refunds are processed within up to 14 days once the returned goods are received and inspected.

  • No replacement or restocking fees are charged.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Return Process

Need to return a jacket or accessory? Please contact our support team at support@thejacketmaker.shop within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.

  • Original tags and labels must still be attached.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

Once we receive your request, our customer service team will provide you with the return address and step-by-step instructions.

We recommend using a trackable courier service for your return, as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches our facility.
Please note that the shipping costs for the return are to be borne by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive a confirmation email.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–14 business days after approval.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method used at checkout (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).

Please note that:

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • If your return is not approved (e.g., used or damaged goods), we will notify you and offer to return the product to you at your cost.


Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@thejacketmaker.shop.

We can only process cancellations before the order has been dispatched or sent for production (for custom items).
Once your order is processed or shipped, you will need to follow the standard return procedure above.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@thejacketmaker.shop.

Include the following in your message:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
All costs related to defective or incorrect items will be covered by The Jacket Maker.


Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for different sizes or styles, subject to stock availability.
To request an exchange, please contact support@thejacketmaker.shop, and our team will provide you with guidance and the return address.

Once your original item is received and inspected, we will dispatch your replacement product.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made or personalized jackets (unless faulty)

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
