Currency & Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise.
If you are purchasing from outside the UK, your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion rates or fees, for which we are not responsible.

Payment Confirmation

After completing your order, you will receive:

  1. A confirmation email with your order details.

  2. A payment receipt from Shopify or PayPal confirming your successful transaction.

Payment Issues or Declines

If your payment is declined, please check:

Refunds to Original Payment Method

When refunds are approved under our Return & Refund Policy, they will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Refunds typically take 5–14 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
